Television Development

Founded as Carabiner Productions in June 2001, the company’s mandate was to be the world’s largest teen production company, distributing short films and segments made by teens for teens.

Along the way Carabiner Productions grew to produce corporate videos, broadcast commercials and series. In 2006 the company was rebranded as The Television Development Company, which today creates corporate segments, videos and interstitials for promotional use.
